Musheer Khan’s successful century helped India beat New Zealand in the Under-19 World Cup. Batting first, India scored 295 runs. Chasing India’s target of 296, New Zealand were bowled out for just 81 and won by 214 runs. As a result, India have been able to start the Super 6 round of this Youth World Cup with a win. With this win, the Indian team has taken a concrete step towards the semi-finals.
